Behind the Burner: Sparkling Venom by the Stone Rose Lounge

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz Spiced Rum
1 1/2 oz Apple Cider
Simple Syrup
Ground Cinnamon
1 oz Champagne

PREPARATION:

1. In shaker, combine spiced rum, apple cider, small splash simple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.
2. Add ice and shake.
3. Strain into champagne glass and top with champagne.
